Eligibility Criteria

• International applicants are welcome to apply for the fully funded Open Doors scholarship.

• Candidates must submit applications for any degree program that meets the eligibility requirements (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, or postdoctoral).

• Candidates for a bachelor’s degree need to have finished high school.

• To be eligible for a master’s program, candidates must hold a bachelor’s or specialist’s degree.

• Students need to hold a master’s or specialist degree in order to enroll in doctorate programs.

• Participants must have earned their PhD or doctor of science degree by September 16th, the registration deadline, in order to be eligible for a postdoctoral degree.

• Candidates need to have a stellar academic history.

• All necessary documentation must be submitted by applicants.

• Candidates must speak Russian or English.

• Candidates must show up for the 2025 Open Doors Scholarship Exam.
