Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must rank first among at least the top 10% of degree-seeking students.
- The candidate cannot have an EU or EEA passport.
- The applicant cannot have previously received funding for any kind of grant, loan, or other form of support for their previous degrees.
- The applicant must have earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from a university outside of the Netherlands.
- The candidate must submit an application for the Master’s program beginning on September 1, 2025.
